Guidelines for assessment, evaluation, and academic progress
If a student misses two tests in one academic session due to
genuine reasons, the average of the tests appeared in the
respective subjects will be awarded. However, the two tests must be from
different subjects. A student cannot miss more than one test
in the same subject.
If a student misses more than two tests, a
zero (0) mark will be awarded for the missed tests.
Students granted new admission after the commencement of the
academic session and students who are on official duty will
be awarded average marks.
Newly admitted students will begin appearing in tests only after
15 days (a fortnight) from the date of admission.
Students absent for any Cycle Test / Assignment Test must get
their leave duly sanctioned by the Principal.
A copy of the same should be submitted by the Class Teacher for ready reference on the same day.
